Genuinely one of the better kids channels out there — Jaime is warm, the moves are safe, and my kid actually asked to do it again.
Best for ages 3+
Jaime is super likable and keeps the energy just right. Nothing feels forced or annoying. The Frozen episode and Squish the Fish both move at a pace that works really well for younger kids, and the storytelling makes the yoga feel like play instead of exercise.

Jaime is super likable and keeps the energy just right. Nothing feels forced or annoying. The Frozen episode and Squish the Fish both move at a pace that works really well for younger kids, and the storytelling makes the yoga feel like play instead of exercise.
The Halloween one (Ruby Broom) has witches and wizards, which is totally lighthearted but worth knowing about if your family is sensitive to that stuff. Nothing spooky or scary at all though. Spider-Man episode is a compilation so it's a bit choppier than the others, but the kids I watched with didn't care.
The slow day episode with Max the goat is honestly the sweetest one. It actually teaches breathing and calming down in a way that doesn't feel preachy. No ads snuck into the content, no weird product pushes. Just yoga and stories.
Flagged Moments
opening segment
The story centers on a family of witches and wizards and makes Halloween the main celebration. Totally playful and not scary, but families who avoid witch themes should know upfront.
opening segment
The video is built around a Disney property, which could spark requests to watch the actual movie immediately after. Not harmful, but it functions a bit like a soft advertisement for Frozen.
Spider-Man segment
This one is a compilation so the pacing is inconsistent and some transitions feel abrupt. Younger or easily frustrated kids might get confused when the tone shifts between segments.
hot air balloon segment
The episode tells kids they're going to the beach all by themselves and frames it as being brave. Very minor, but parents of anxious kids might want to be ready to reframe that messaging.
What Parents Should Know
Clear a decent-sized patch of floor before pressing play because the kids will actually move around a lot, especially in the Frozen and Spider-Man episodes.
Watch the Ruby Broom Halloween episode yourself first if your family steers away from witch or wizard themes, just so you can decide if it fits.
Skip the Spider Power Yoga Compilation for very young kids or first-timers since the format jumps around more than the single-story episodes.
Use the Max slow day episode when your kid is wound up or having trouble settling, because the breathing exercises in it are genuinely calming and Jaime explains them really simply.
Know that some episodes tie into Disney movies or superhero brands, so have a plan if your kid immediately wants to watch Frozen or Spider-Man after.
Let the kid do it in socks or bare feet on a yoga mat or rug if you have one, the moves involve some balance poses and a slippery floor will make it frustrating fast.
